I’ve worked with hundreds of women over the last 5 years to lose up to 100lbs, overcome chronic Illnesses, develop a healthy lifestyle they’re proud of, improve their relationship with food, have healthy pregnancies, lose post-partum weight, and come off medications altogether while preventing future health issues.

What I’ve seen over the years with all these women is that they are missing one important aspect in their weight loss journeys— sustainability and consistency.

Before I lost 80lbs and 19 inches from my waist, I tried too many challenges and diets to even count, and the pattern was always the same— I would follow the plan for 3-4 weeks, lose a couple of pounds, lose my motivation when the scale stopped moving, and gain the weight all back again.

  • This challenge is set in your fitness app calendar for 30 days, and it will begin the Monday after you purchase it! You can purchase and get started whenever you want!

  • Absolutely! You will receive a set of gym workouts and at home workouts so you can choose your own set of pre-written exercises OR have a hybrid schedule for the gym and home!

  • Yes! The price, $27, is in USD, but you’ll see the amount correct to your country’s currency when you go to check out!

  • Since this is a one month challenge an dall information is already completed beforehand, there are no refunds offered.

  • Make sure to consult with your doctor before beginning a program!

    Depending on how far along you are post-pregnany, you likely will still be able to complete everything as normal. The only difference would be your nutrition as purposeful weight loss is not typically recommended while you are breast feeding…You can still follow along but focus on maintaining your current weight Instead!

  • You will still have access to the course but you will no longer have access to your fitness app, so be sure to save your progress in your phone!
