(Hopefully you understand the name, “Exercise for Donuts”, now…)

We have a lot more in common than you think.

I have literally been in your shoes…

I grew up on the chubbier side as a kid and teenager. Being 5’10”, I took up a lot of space. I hated being called the “bigger girl” by everyone and wearing bigger clothes than all of my friends.
I always dreamt of losing weight and having abs like Jillian Michaels (my first role model) and looking like the fitness models on the cover of the magazines….so I tried eating clean and dieting from as young as 9 years old while doing ab workouts in my room in hopes to transform my body. 
I spent all of my life getting in the back of photos, covering up with baggy clothes, and avoiding being the center of attention because I was so embarrassed with how I looked.
As a teenager, I spent a lot of my time starting crash diets like low carb and the military diet thinking I could lose the stubborn fat SUPER fast and transform my body. I always ended up sticking to these diets for 2-3 weeks and falling off track hard while gaining back all of the weight I had worked hard to lose.
I started thinking it was impossible for me to lose weight because I tried EVERYTHING and nothing seemed to work…so maybe I was just destined to stay overweight my entire life. 
I hated the diet foods. The chicken and broccoli was SO bland and the protein powders tasted like chalk. I didn’t have time to spend hours in the gym so I would lose motivation and stop going altogether.
I was defeated.
Once I developed a flexible approach, my life changed. And my body.
I focused on fueling my body the right way, working out in a sustainable way, developing healthy habits, and learned to incorporate my beloved donuts and ice cream into my diet while still dropping pounds on the scale.
I lost 80lbs, including 19 inches on my waistline, and I now actively compete in the NPC bikini bodybuilding division. I’m here to tell you that if you feel anything like I did and you think this transformation is just impossible for you…it’s not. You are 100% capable of achieving even more than you think.
