Questionnaire and Virtual Coffee Date

Once you sign up, you’ll fill out a detailed questionnaire so I can write you the best plan possible! We will then meet up via zoom for a coffee date to chat, go over your plan, and answer all of your questions so you can hit the ground running.

Customized Macros and Workouts

100% customized nutrition, workout, and habit plans I design for you to achieve your goals! You’ll also have access to your own custom account on the fitness app! You’ll have an organized calendar with daily to do lists so you always know what steps you need to take next and never feel lost. This app is your one stop shop to all of your action items and plan.

Expert Progress Tracking and Plan Updates

I’ll keep track of all of your progress and stats so I can adjust your plan accordingly as needed! You’ll never have to worry about If you’re making the right progress or what needs to change— I’ll do it all for you! All the guesswork and hard work is off of your shoulders.

Daily Accountability and Elite Support

I am just a message away to answer your questions, celebrate your wins, and support you through challenges. With formal check ins, I’ll educate you on your body and journey so you can learn everything on your own and never fall off track!

FAQ

  • Yes! Along with your plan, every singe exercise comes with instructional form videos to teach you the proper form. I will also write out your instructions on your workouts and plan to give you more insight. If you are a 1-1 Coaching client, you are also allowed to send me exercise form videos to review so I can give you feedback and advice over video!

  • ALWAYS! I take a lot of time and dedication to write plans for all instances. You have total flexibility with your plan so that you can move workouts around during the week, make exercise substitutions, and even substitute workouts if you are traveling or on a time constraint one day! Your plan is written to work around your schedule.

  • I am a strong believer in having a restriction-free weight loss plan! Unless your doctor advises you otherwise due to medical conditions, no foods are off limits! BUT…we focus on moderation and following the 80/20 rule. The goal is to fuel your body with the right macros, micros, and include the sweet treats to fuel your cravings. Balance is key!

  • Always consult with your doctor about limitations and what their thoughts are for working out! If you have specific limitations, exercise substitutions are included in all of your workouts to use for your convenience! If you are a private 1-1 client, we will work your entire plan around your injury in order to heal while building up muscles around it!

  • The majority of my clients have hormone conditions and need hormone friendly plans! If this is the case, I will recommend a ore 1-1 approach for you so that your plan can adhere to your specific needs and you can have the 1-1 accountability!

  • I have 25+ different ways for you to finance your plan! I want to give options for plans so that they can work for any budget. I also am partnered with affirm and klarna for even more flexible payment plans! Feel free to have an open conversation with me about your budget so we can work something out together :)

  • Plans are designed to work as a lifestyle, so I provide workouts to do on vacation with limited equipment as well as nutrition guidelines for times when you’re away from home! The goal is to create a lifestyle that you can do no matter what craziness life throws at you. On vacation, you’ll learn how to enjoy yourself without losing all of your progress— this is a game changer!
